Could you provide ebike assembly services?

85% of the installation work has been completed to get a complete Liva e-bike. Charger, rearview mirror, and foot pedals are included.
Do you support US local pickup?

You can pick up the bike at 440 F Street, Davis, CA 95616 or 261 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, or we can ship the bike to your address.
Will I need a license to drive my electric bikes?

For the most place, a driver's license is not required to drive your class 2 electric bikes. Because this information may vary throughout different states, please make sure you double check with your local DMV.
Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

If order has not shipped, reach out to our CS team and they will help you with order cancellation.If the order has shipped out from HMP BIKES's warehouse, it will be treated as a return. You will need to contact Velotric Customer Service atbusiness@hmpbikes.comfor further instructions.
What are shipping costs?

Free shipping includes the 48 contiguous states, but for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, we may contact you to discuss shipping costs.
