Cost:
  • Because we want to make the HMP Bike difference as accessible as possible, we've got shipping costs covered. Shipping to the west coast is free. This includes California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.
  • If you wish to ship an eMoped to our retail store, we offer free assembly and delivery within 50 miles. 
  • Shipping and handling fees may apply when shipping outside of the west coast.
Area:
  • In order to make ordering from us simple, we use the most efficient delivering methods. All orders are realized via ground USPS or UPS. We ship to the lower 48 states. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and any island, territory, or jurisdiction outside of the United States.
Time:
  • It will take approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process. Once this is done, your purchase will take about 1-5 days to arrive. Your product will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Method:
  • To ensure your product is delivered successfully, a signature will be required upon arrival of your new product. The shipping company will coordinate the delivery time with you and someone must be present at the time of delivery.
  • Apartment and office building deliveries will be made on the ground level.
  • If you wish to ship to our retail store, please ensure that you select "pick up from store" when ordering.

Please note that while we do everything we can to ensure a successful delivery, HMP Bikes will not be responsible for the delay of delivery nor the loss or damage of a product due to events beyond its' control.
