Inno has a total carrying capacity of 350 lbs, with a limit of 200 lbs for the rear passenger seat. Liva, on the other hand, can carry up to 260 lbs in total, with a maximum of 110 lbs for the rear seat.

All HMP BIKES are sold and shipped in their original form. We do not offer extensive customizations at this point, however we do offer a variety of accessories you can add onto your bike found here.

All riders are welcome to customize! Don’t hesitate to share your latest creations with us for a potential exclusive feature on our social media pages.

Please note customization options that affect the bikes mechanical/electrical performance does void warranty.

We rarely have refurbished ones for sale, if we have, it would only be available at the store in Davis. Please call our store to see if we have any refurished ones available.

The three classes are defined as follows:

 

Class 1: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum speed of 20 mph.

 

Class 2: eBikes that also have a maximum speed of 20 mph, but can be throttle assisted.

 

Class 3: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle and maximum speed of 28 mph.

 

All HMP Bikes are Class 2 e-bikes and do not require a license or registration.

You can come to our store in Davis to test ride the bike with both of the demos.

Some of our dealers offer test ride. Please call them in advance to see if they have any available demo bikes. If they offer the test ride, then you may ride them after you sign up the wavier.

You can pick up the bike in 440 F street, Davis, CA 95616 or we ship the bike to your address.

We usually process your order in 1-3 working days and the shipping needs another 1-5 days depending on your location. Under normal circumstances, it can be delivered within 2-8 working days (except for remote areas).

We often use GLS, Central Transport, and etc.

No, we are free of shipping in the US.

Sales tax will be collected on all orders and will include state and municipal taxes as applicable.

Yes,you can see the detailed order summary in the checkout page. If you see the billing is more than the selling price, pls check: 1,if you selected the route package protection service(if you don't need it, you can cancel this service, 2 the sales taxs also will be automatically caculated based on your local policy.

After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to view the logistics information. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.

In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
