The Lightning MK.II is a 56 mph street-legal electric motorcycle for under $4,000 — built for the ride you actually do every day: commuting, delivery, and city errands. It is DOT-approved, plates and insures as a motorcycle, and costs a fraction of what electric motorcycles normally do.
A 7,000 W peak gear motor gives it real acceleration in traffic, and the removable 74V 45Ah lithium battery is good for up to 62 miles of range. Charging runs off the included 110V portable charger at 10 A — about 4.5 hours to full — and the pack lifts out, so you can charge indoors instead of depending on where you park. It arrives 100% assembled, ready to ride out of the crate.
