If you need help with an HMP Bikes product, please submit a warranty claim or support request using the form below. Our team will review your information and follow up with the next steps.

Before You Submit

To help us review your request faster, please prepare the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number
  • The product model or item name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem, if available
  • The date the issue started

What Happens Next

After you submit your request, HMP Bikes will review the details and contact you by email or phone. We may ask for additional photos, videos, order details, or troubleshooting information before determining the next step.

Submitting a request does not guarantee warranty approval. Warranty coverage depends on the product, purchase details, issue type, usage conditions, and the terms of the applicable warranty policy.

Important Notes

  • Please do not ship any product or part back to us unless our team gives you return instructions.
  • Keep your original packaging when possible, especially for bikes, batteries, chargers, and large parts.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper charging, water damage, or normal wear may not be covered.
  • For safety-related issues, stop using the product until the issue has been reviewed.
