You can pick up the bike at 440 F Street, Davis, CA 95616 or 261 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, or we can ship the bike to your address.

For the most place, a driver's license is not required to drive your class 2 electric bikes. Because this information may vary throughout different states, please make sure you double check with your local DMV.

If order has not shipped, reach out to our CS team and they will help you with order cancellation.If the order has shipped out from HMP BIKES's warehouse, it will be treated as a return. You will need to contact Velotric Customer Service at business@hmpbikes.com for further instructions.
