1. Limitation of Liability: HMP Bikes expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or harm resulting from the misuse of the prize bike. Upon acceptance, the bike becomes the sole property of the recipient, and HMP Bikes absolves itself from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from its use.

2. Shipping Restrictions: The prize bike will only be shipped within the continental United States. Shipping to locations outside this area, including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and any foreign countries, is not available.

3. Delivery Fees for Non-California Winners: Winners residing outside of California may incur a delivery fee, for which they will be responsible.

4. Age Requirement: Winners under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to claim the prize.

5. Entry Limitations: Participation is restricted to a maximum of three entries per person. Any entries submitted after 11:59 PM on January 28th will be considered void.

6. Prize Claiming Window: Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in a redraw for the prize. The redraw will not be conducted via a livestream but will be announced.

7. No Return Policy: The prize bike cannot be returned to HMP Bikes for compensation in any form, at any time after acceptance.

8. Warranty: The winner will receive a three-year warranty covering necessary repairs and adjustments. This warranty does not extend beyond the specified duration. Please refer to our warranty policy

9. Prize Specifications: The bike is awarded as depicted in the promotional photo. Accessories such as a helmet or lockbox are not included. The prize includes a battery and battery charger. Some assembly of mirrors and pedals will be required upon receipt.By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Compliance with these terms is mandatory for prize eligibility.
